# Staff Commands

We strive to make the jobs of Support Members as easy as possible, some commands you can use to make your job easier will be listed below:

Command Description
$affiliate How to become an affiliate.
$apply How to become a staff member.
$assign Troubleshooting on shift role.
$editmoderation How to manage a moderation.
$modlog How to change the moderation logging channel.
$modstats How to view your modstats.
$new How to get started with Trident.
$punishmentoptions How to configure punishment options.
$roleselect How to select a role in /config.
$viewmoderations How to view moderations.
Command Description
$ts Trident Survival. (Send this if the user has taken a wrong turn)
$support If the user is in the wrong channel, forwards the user to ⁠helpdesk (same as $helpdesk)
$state If the user is being vague or failing to elaborate in ⁠helpdesk
$staffapps If a user enquires about how to become a staff member.
$setup If a user asks you to set up the bot up for them.
$report If a user is attempting to report a user // staff member.
$qa If a user is enquiring about how to become QA.
$offtopic If someone is having a general discussion within ⁠helpdesk , one that is not strictly support related.
$downtime When outages occur, if people are confused you can use this to explain it. (Ex: The Core Team forget to place a ;)
$deletedata If a user is insecure and sensitive, we offer a counselling service to dispose of their insecurities. (If the user wants their data removed)
